Thursday, July 19th: 5pm! It's decided!
At long last, we've decided on the time for the wedding! It's going to be at 5pm. And along the lines of decisions, we've decided to have a potluck the day before the wedding at Willamette Park in South Corvallis. We'll be there starting at 6pm on Saturday, the 4th. Everyone is invited, and don't stress too much about bringing food if you're coming from out of town. For directions, check here:
Willamette Park. And spread the word! We're trying to make sure everyone knows, but we've got a lot on our plate right now.
Thursday, July 5th: Time. Sort of.
No, we don't have an official time for the wedding yet. We are planning on it starting around 4 or 5pm, but when we originally decided to have the wedding at Thyme Garden we weren't sure what the weather would be like in August. So we've been waiting until about now to go there and see how things are looking. However, Ashley takes her MCAT's next Friday (the 13th! How crazy is she?) and until then anything except for eating and sleeping is off-limits. So check back on the 15th and we should have the date posted!
Saturday, June 30th: Guestbook
Alright. I've been getting little whispers here and there that the
guestbook isn't working for a lot of people. I just spent a few hours trying to update and debug, so
hopefully it's in good shape now. If you tried in the past with no success, please give it another go! And if it's still not working, please
let me know.
Tuesday, May 22nd: Registry
After lots of going back and forth, deciding and undeciding, we've finally got our
gift registry set up. Sort of. More or less. Well, anyway, if you've checked it out earlier, please double check that we haven't changed something that you were relying on!
Tuesday, May 8th: Invitations
We finally have all the materials we need, so we've started working on making them. We both like the look of handmade things, so we made a custom stamp with the info on it, and we're stamping it on a piece of paper vellum attached to pieces of paper that we like. Of course, a picture is worth a thousand words and a movie is lots of pictures, so be sure to watch the
invitational movie on the video page to see Ashley explain how it's done.
